ABOUT: Sean Askew is a seasoned martial artist with a rich history of training within the Bujinkan system. In 2001, after over a decade of rigorous training in Japan, he founded the Bujinkan Kokusai Renkoumyo to promote and educate new students. Sean returned to Japan in 2005 before moving to China in 2008, where he and his wife Kei explored the origins of Bujinkan martial arts. Relocating to the U.S. in 2012, Sean now teaches in Michigan and regularly travels to Japan for further training. The Askew family also runs BKRBUDO, a website dedicated to promoting the Bujinkan Dojo Headquarters in Noda City and providing high-quality martial arts information.
